I made a light helmet myself more that 12 mnths ago. I used the video produced by Dr, Catherine Hamilton of Redlights on the Brain. I have used this helemt on average for 100 mins a day over the entire year. I am totally convinced of the efficacy of the redlight treatment.
In my case I have seen improvements in non motor functions such as smell, urinary issues, plus the overall UPDRS score has slowly been coming down. Over the last year the score has come down from 28 to 23. Some of this maybe due to placebo effect but who cares.
