    Hi Jacqueline, You can use the three step clinical prediction tool – making sure you use the version that asks if your walking speed is the same, faster or slower than other people your age. However, the the best predictor of future falls is having fallen in the past, so the fact that you are falling around once per month would indicate you are likely to be at high risk of falls. I suggest you talk about this with your health professional.
